Catless....

Yesterday we had to have our cat euthanised. At the young age of four she had developed what the vet suspected was renal failure. We cried a lot and then waited while the vet did her thing...it wasn't pleasant but it WAS kind. So, after we lost our other two last year to cancer and old age, we are now catless and quite heartbroken. I don't think we will have another. Tiger was the best kind of cat. We will miss her.

Pippa,
I am so, so sorry for your loss. She was lucky to have a human who put her welfare ahead of the human's own welfare.

when maude passed away i thought i was going to have a nervous breakdown. i was so depressed and distraught but mabel has been such a huge light in my life. i still miss maude everyday, but i love mabel more everyday too.

i'm so sorry for your loss. sending lots of love your way.

Darling....I know what it's like to lose a cat (but not 3, I'm so sorry), but don't give up on cats. When Catzilla disappeared at the young age of 3 Mischief magically appeared in my life, and even though I miss Catzilla terribly, Mischief has made it so much easier for me (she's 3 now).

You're in my thoughts.

I'm so sorry. We have three cats too, and so I understand how much you love your cats. We lost a cat to a car accident a few years ago, and I still miss him.

Cats are wonderful. I hope another comes into your life again soon.

Lots of Love xxx
